Let your dreams fly

I am 20 years old with a passion for writing things down which matters to me or which makes changes in my life. I am a student currently with a confused mind of my future with worries and this problem is faced by many of my friends. We all struggle every day thinking about tomorrow which is going to be hard but also full of surprises. I have been around some people who are dreaming but lagging in motivation and inspiration. At our age, we get the thoughts that will it even be possible which stops us from pursuing something that we like.

All the problems mentioned above I struggle with them every day and it’s a huge and very serious problem. We are the future of tomorrow its so important for us to stay positive and work hard and smart.

I use to write things when I was in the teens that didn’t give me any satisfaction but it gave me hope to believe in myself. In India girls, aren't given as many opportunities as boys they are not educated with the same mindset as boys are educated. In India, girls are expected to take care of their family and house more than their career. A girl’s career in India is not taken as seriously as it should be taken. And due to this mindset girls who dream also stay behind. I wanted to go into the field of hotel Management but I was told girls only become Doctors or engineers. These were the two options I was given at the age of 17 with no idea about engineering I took admission, of course, it was hard for me but I did it. But that didn’t give me any satisfaction or excitement either.

A girl is equally capable as a boy, with so many difficulties coming their way they tend to break all the paths and move further. This gives an example that girls can do so much work despite what comes in their way. I like a YouTuber named mostly sane she had no interest in maths or science. But she is the best female YouTuber in India that’s because she didn’t keep crying about academics and did something out of the box and out of her comfort zone. Nothing comes decorated in plate readymade it takes a lot of consistent hard work and passion to achieve something.

I would like to end this blog by giving a message no matter where you came from, what your gender is the only thing that matters is to work hard and work towards your dream. Let them fly, give them wings.

If you are born poor it’s not your fault, but if you die poor it’s completely your fault.
